From a Humble Place, to a Restaurant Owner

At D’Todo Natural, we always show the story of how hard work is always proof of success with our healthy food.

Our journey began from a rural town from Michoacan, Mexico, where our talented chef Esperanza Ortiz was born and raised. Growing up, she developed a deep love for cooking, where she have strived in improving her culinary skills.

Driven by a desire for a better future, Esperanza Ortiz made the brave decision to move to Los Angeles, California. With a heart full of hope and determination, she embarked on a new chapter, working vigorously towards a bright new future, as a chef in various restaurants for over a decade. Her hard work, dedication, and culinary skills quickly earned her a reputation to be one of the best cooks in their local place.

In 2022, with the support of her husband, Ernie Ortiz, Esperanza Ortiz opened her own restaurant. Together, they created D’Todo Natural, a place where authenticity, health, and quality are at the forefront. Our focus is offering authentic, healthy nutritional cuisine, by using only the freshest ingredients and natural, made-to-order juices.
